"Purchased a new cooktop to be installed in an existing quartz stone counter. No big deal right? Pull the old cooktop out, plop the new cooktop into the existing opening. Wrong. Existing opening was 1/2 inch too small on 3 sides. After much hand wringing and 4 or 5 phone calls to tile / granite companies, we got a referral to Hugh of Rokwood Granite of Lakewood. What a delight to work with. Organized, pleasant and able to accommodate our time frame. Hugh was on time; the work was excellent and he cleaned up after himself (granite dust travels EVERYWHERE!).
